Yearly maintenance agreement
Our maintenance agreement encompasses irrigation system start up in spring and winterization of system in fall. Repairs are billed separately on a time and materials basis.
Spring start up Fall Winterization
Spring start up includes
Introduction of water to the sprinkler system
Inspection of the sprinkler system for operational defects
checking of sprinkler head coverage of yard and plant material
setting of controller time and zone run times
checking of rain sensor functionality if applicable
a completed inspection report will be left behind
in the irrigation ccontroller for future reference

Fall winterization includes
Turning off of water from irrigation system whether a well or feed from the house water supply
removal of water from the irrigation system using compressed air
